*Terms and Conditions:Minimum of 20 units required to receive additional 10 units free (30 units total). Jeuveau treatments will be provided at time of event, must book in advance to secure a time slot. Due to limited availability and high demand, a $100 deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit will be credited towards treatment. Cancellations less than 24 hrs from day of event may forfeit deposit. No-shows to event will forfeit deposit and may result in inability to book these types of events in the future. Cherry Financing cannot be used to pay for treatment. May not be combined with additional promos or ads, with the exception of Evolus rewards. To help with the flow of the event, must agree to complete any paperwork or screening applicable, prior to the day of event.
